Septic Tank Cleaning

Jessie from Bigfoot septic came out and cleared a clog in our septic line. Inspected everything for us. And gave us some advice. Thank y’all. I would definitely recommend them for all your septic needs.

This company did an excellent job, from start to finish! We were having septic backup into all areas - toilet, washing machine, shower, etc. and on a Friday afternoon of course..... But employee Jessie came out early Saturday morning, after calling to say he was on his way, and spent time carefully locating the unknown specific location of the septic tank. I thank the Lord that Jessie was then able to use the snake to clean out the large clog from the outside, so no inside plumber was needed! He cleaned up the site very well. He even had to postpone his families' trip out of town by a few hours to take care of our job. I highly recommend this honest and hard working man at Bigfoot Septic.

Made an appointment for the same week we called, and made sure it was a convenient time for us. They did a great job locating our septic system and pumping the septic. The lid to the septic tank broke during the process due to the age of the system and not any fault of the company. They quickly brought a new lid to replace the old broken one. Couldn't ask for better service!

These guys are awesome. I used their services for preventative maintenance, routine pumping. Jesse was prompt, called ahead of the appointment time, was very educational, and friendly. He explained everything that was done and why. The price was fair for the work done and comparable with other companies in the area. I’ll definitely be using them again in about three years!

I called Big Foot Septic Pumping to set up an appointment for my septic tank to be pumped out. Lauren was friendly and helpful in scheduling my appointment for the very next day. Jesse, the technician, called to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He performed the task in a timely manner. They both called and texted me AND my husband 30 minutes before arriving so we were both well aware (husband works remotely so he may not be able to see the call/text right away). Once they got there, they were so quick & efficient. I’d say they were here for 30 minutes MAX. my husband was very impressed, because the last guy he used, he said took all day! Will be using big foot septic again and again and will refer them to everyone!

I would strongly recommend this company. They came out to pump my septic tank and found a slight problem and within the week they came back out to fix it. Every employee I talked to was very friendly and professional.
