I called Bigfoot septic pumping for a problem I was having. I called the office and they sent Jessie & Jameson out the same day. They found my septic and dug up only the area necessary to do the work. They pumped my tank, cleaned my filter and didn't need to use additives to do the job because they worked harder to get it done. They were upfront with the fees and kept me posted throughout the time they were here. They were polite, let me know when they were on the way, and explained what they were going. I highly recommend them.

On top of the great job they both did, they also helped me install a riser I bought for no additional cost. They both were very friendly and down to earth. I had a couple issue with the piping, they gave me a very reasonable quote. After completing they answered all my questions and gave me info on how to take care of my septic tank. Had bigfoot come out yesterday 3/14/25 for pumping my septic tank. First of all I called about 5 to 6 pumping companies before talking to bigfoot and they were the best priced. Jesse and his helper came and did an awesome job, clean and quick, no real trace of them being there. Also they both had a great sense of humor and just awesome down to earth people. On top of them doing their job they helped me install a riser that I bought for no extra charge. I had a couple issues with my tank and they gave me a very reasonable quote to get everything fixed. I very highly recommend Bigfoot and I will only recommend them to friends and family.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent service from initial contact with Chris to the 2 guys who came out to pump our septic tank. I made contact with Chris for a baked up tank/line at about 2:30pm on Sunday in which Chris explained that they were pretty busy but would be out the next day and they were at my house by 3:30 pm on Monday. They were very professional, left very little trace that they were even at our home and very affordable. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

During a weekend septic emergency at my business, I tried calling several Septic companies, which were all closed until Monday. I came across this company, and although I was a pretty good ways outside their area, they immediately were on their way. Being about an hour and a half away, they actually showed up even quicker than I was expecting. Jesse got to work and not only took care of my issue in a super fast manner, but gave me all kinds of tips and expertise on ways to help maintain my septic going forward. Great experience...I mean as great an experience as it can be dealing with septic pumping. Called to let me know he was on his way. Explained everything. He even found an issue that needs to be fixed and how and why it needed to be fixed. When I mentioned I had a valve to switch between septic lines but had no clue where it was he took the time to find it, dog out about 24 inches of dirt covering it. When he found out I wasn't given the tool to turn the valve he got one from his truck and gave it to me and showed me how to switch it. I will be scheduling him to fix the issue that he found as he went above and beyond on my appointment. I have already told my family to give him a call when they need their tank pumped and also a few friends! Another great experience when I called them out to fix the intake pipe and valve for me! Explained to me the issue and showed me the repairs. Took the time make sure I remembered how to switch from my 2 drainage fields!

I highly recommend this company. Jesse and Kaden came out to service my septic tank. They were very honest and professional. Once they located my septic and exposed the tank covers they showed and explained what issues they discovered. Jesse explained in detail that my outlet pipe to my drain field has settled and is no longer parallel to the septic tank and could cause a drainage problem. He also had me flush the toilet to see how long it took to get into the septic tank. He took videos of the inlet for me to watch after flushing, it took 4 flushes before the water flow was accurate. So he explained how the inlet pipe must have a low spot and is no longer on a down hill slope to the septic tank. Jesse gave me a estimated quote to resolve both problems, he quoted high and low price because until they dig up the pipe who knows what they will find. Jesse and Kaden were very honest and respectful of my property, they left everything they touched the same way they found it. Jesse also took the time to explain to me how the septic tank worked, I had no idea, but I do now. I will definitely use them to replace my inlet and outlet pipes.
I can not say enough great things about Big Foot Septic!! We called them in a slight panic around 1 PM on a Saturday before New Years Eve as our septic tank was over flowing at our cabin (which is a short term rental) and we had guests coming in at 4 PM. We also had already called 10 other Septic companies with no success…so take it from us and make Big Foot your FIRST CALL! Lauren called us right back and was able to set up service as they had someone on call. Once they were on the road they called and let us know their estimated time of arrival and they arrived around 5 PM. Tony was so friendly when we let him know what was going on and was very communicative of the problem at hand. They pumped our tank and also let us know that our field lines were not working. Although they were not able to fix the field lines they did give a recommendation! Lauren called back and took payment on the phone and their price was VERY REASONABLE for an urgent weekend call! I can not say enough great things about Lauren, Tony, and Big Foot Septic! I would absolutely recommend them!

Highly recommend!! - The team at Bigfoot Pumping is outstanding! You will not find a better septic service in the North Forsyth / Dawsonville area. We had an issue on a weekend and had a plumber out on a Sunday who said we needed our septic tank serviced immediately. I called multiple companies who could not get anyone to us until the following Tuesday afternoon and they were going to charge at least $800 to pump our 1,000 gallon tank. Affordable! - Bigfoot Pumping's price for our tank was less than $500 due to the model of our tank. If it weren't for the model of our tank, the charge was still less than $600! Exceptional Service! - When I spoke to the woman at Bigfoot Pumping and explained to her that it was an emergency, she was able to rearrange their schedule and get us in as the first appointment the next morning. Jesse and his colleague arrived before 9 AM. They were thorough, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. When our pump required extra time, they would not leave without the septic tank working in perfect condition. 3 weeks later, we had the same issue and called them again. Chris came out and examined our septic system himself. He found our issue to be inside the house and referred us to a plumber who works closely with their team who was able to come out that day. Highly recommend these guys for their exceptional service and commitment to their work!

Bigfoot Septic were so responsive and came the day after I called. They called to give a heads up they were on the way, called when they got here, explained the process, did a great job and were able to take care of business. I would definitely use them again.
They showed up and we had no idea where the tank was. They went above and beyond to find the tank. They found the tank about 15 feet in the woods and got the job done quickly and professionally.
